Lyn has been with DPS since 1996. Prior to DPS, she had several years of accounting experience with a Portland CPA firm. She has taken classes at the University of Southern Maine and is currently pursuing the Retirement Plans Associate designation through the Certified Employee Benefits Program. Lyn is a member of the Maine Employee Benefits Council.

What is your favorite place in Maine?

My favorite place in Maine is Fort Williams Park in Cape Elizabeth, the home of Portland Head Light. I love the beautiful views of Portland Harbor and Casco Bay.

Do you have any pets?

I have an Italian Greyhound named Brady.

My favorite place is any place on the beautiful water.

Do you have any pets?

I am the proud owner of 2 fifteen-year-old tabby cats, named Rudy and Cuddles.

Jennifer is a member of the Maine Employee Benefits Council.

I love any place in Maine where you can experience the peacefulness of the woods, the mountains or a beach.

Michelle has been with DPS since 2015. Prior to DPS, she worked for another third-party administration firm and has over 25 years of experience in the retirement plan administration field. She received her Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Husson College. Michelle also earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Michelle is a member of ASPPA and the Maine Employee Benefits Council.

There are too many places in Maine I like to pick just one favorite - sorry!

Do you have any pets?

We have 2 cats right now named, Linus and Georgie. We also love all dogs, but especially golden retrievers!

Dulcey joined DPS in 2015. She has over 20 years of experience in retirement plan administration. Prior to DPS, Dulcey had over 20 years of experience working with retirement plan administration firms. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy at Bentley College. Dulcey is a member of the Maine Employee Benefits Council.

What is your favorite place in Maine?

My favorite place would have to be at either at my friends’ houses or at restaurants with friends and or family.

Do you have any pets?

While I don’t have any pets of my own, I do love to spoil other people’s fur babies. Two in particular:

- Baxter was determined that I would love him. He is mostly German shepherd and was a rescue pup. He likes to play and if he returns and gives up the ball, it is usually only to me, much to the chagrin of his dad.

- Bella is a German shepherd and was adopted after a family member died. She loves squeaky balls and running. She will chase the ball thrown for Baxter and occasionally drop her ball for you to throw if Baxter isn’t around.

What is your favorite place in Maine?

My favorite place in Maine is Mother’s Beach in Kennebunk. I grew up going to that beach most summer days of my childhood. I took my daughter there when she was little, and now we often take walks on the beach together. I could never live very far from the ocean.

She received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Champlain College and has taken the ASPPA Pension Administrators Course. Karen is a member of the Maine Employee Benefits Council.

What is your favorite place in Maine?

My favorite place is the North Woods. I love getting lost exploring the Maine North Woods. Sometimes we come across the most incredibly beautiful places out in the middle of nowhere! If you can handle the mosquitos and black flies, it is worth the adventure.

What is your favorite place in Maine?

I love spending time outside with family – boating and swimming in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.

Maisy, a yellow lab, joined our family in 2012.

A Bit about Elaine:

What is your favorite place in Maine?

I feel the whole state of Maine is a blessing for me. Its beauty is profound, whether I’m in the mountains hiking, or on the coast enjoying a long, lovely beach walk – especially in the winter. Also, I have been a lifelong, licensed motorcyclist, and really enjoy riding the backroads of our state.

Do you have any pets?

My husband of 45 years and I currently have a Goldendoodle named Annabelle. We also have Miss Batty, a long-haired black and white cat; as well as Peaches, a short-haired tail-less Manx who is peach, gray, and tan.

What is your favorite place in Maine?

My favorite thing to do in Maine is to go hiking. I like hiking in both the mountains and by the water.

I have two Australian Shepherds – Darby & Auggie. We also have a princess cat named Lola.

Jim joined DPS in 2012 from Penobscot Pension Services. He has worked on the administration of defined contribution and defined benefit plans for 35+ years. He maintains a designation of Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) from the IRS. Jim has received degrees in history and chemistry from Rutgers University, and as well has studied post-graduate actuarial mathematics at the Stevens Institute of Technology.

What is your favorite place in Maine?

My favorite place is Camden. It’s my home and I love the harbor.

Do you have any pets?

I am the owner (I think she may own me ) of Daisy - a 1½ year old Australian Shepherd.

Jolene has been with Downeast Pension Services’ sister TPA, (Third Party Administrators, Inc., more commonly known as TPA, Inc.) since 2012. She became the Supervisor of the TPA, Inc. Support Team in 2022, and in early 2023 also became the Supervisor of DPS’ Support Team. Both DPS and TPA, Inc. are part of The TPA Experts.

A Bit about Crystal:

Jolene lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband, daughter and two dogs. In her free time Jolene enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys knitting, gardening, reading, crossword puzzles, game nights, competitive shooting, teaching firearms safety, archery and exploring New England.

I love the woods in Maine. We enjoy the peacefulness of the lakes and the wilderness, and we also enjoy boating and riding our ATVs with our friends.

Emily joined DPS in 2019 as a Support Specialist. Prior to DPS, Emily worked for 4 years as an Administrative Assistant, providing customer service, and assisting with inventory control for a seafood processing plant in South Portland. She is a graduate of Lewiston High School and Emily has an associate degree from Central Maine Community College.

A Bit about Emily:

What is your favorite place in Maine?

My favorite place in Maine is Freeport, ME. I love it because it is very dog friendly and there are so many things to do every time you go. There are great stores and restaurants open all year long. In the summer they have free concerts. In the winter Freeport is so pretty with all the lights. It’s just a great place to walk around, shop, and be with the whole family.

Do you have any pets?

My husband and I are proud owners of a Boxer named Jade.

She also has extensive accounting experience in the banking and financial services industries, working for Putnam Investments and State Street Bank. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maine at Orono.

What is your favorite place in Maine?

My favorite place is Natanis Point Campground because it is beautiful and peaceful…there is no cell phone service.

I am the proud owner of 2 cats, Oscar, and Norman

A Bit about Savannah:

What is your favorite place in Maine?

My favorite places in Maine are all by the water. Fort Williams on the coast is one of my favorites. There is something about the ocean that is so calming. I could just sit and stare out at the water for hours. Suffice it to say, I am always happiest by the water!

Do you have any pets?

We are the proud pet owners of our black lab named Shiloh and our cat named Tilly.

Adrienne joined DPS in January of 2018. She has a strong professional background in customer service. Prior to working at DPS, Adrienne was working in the restaurant industry. She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Maine.

A Bit about Adrienne:

What is your favorite place in Maine?

My favorite place is Peaks Island in Casco Bay. My grandparents lived on the front of the island when I was growing up. Although Peak Islands’ popularity has spiked in recent years, I still find comfort in the memories, old buildings, and the Maine island charm.

Do you have any pets?

I am the proud owner of Ringo and Petey, a feline and canine brother duo! Petey is a Corgi/Jack Russell mix. Ringo is my old man, hanging by my side since 2006.
